Nebrix.de – Refund Policy

At Nebrix.de, we aim to provide high-quality hosting and cloud services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our services.


1. No General Refunds

  • All payments for services, including monthly or long-term plans, are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • By purchasing services from Nebrix.de, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or technical errors verified by Nebrix.de.

  • Service Not Provided: If a purchased service could not be provisioned due to an internal error on our side.

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Partial usage of services

  • Downtime due to scheduled maintenance or external factors

  • User-caused misconfigurations or violations of Terms of Service

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact support@nebrix.de within 14 days of the billing date.

  2. Provide proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the request.

  3. Nebrix.de will review and respond to the request within 5 business days.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Nebrix.de reserves the right to issue refunds via an alternative method if necessary.

5. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted at Nebrix.de’s discretion for exceptional circumstances.

  • Any partial refund will be calculated proportionally based on the unused portion of the service.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

Nebrix.de reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
